Timber Truss Manufacture
Timber truss manufacturing is done professionally, according to European standard (LVS EN 14250:2010), which specifies the requirements for certain materials, the final product and documentation. This standard applies to timber trusses up to 35 meters in length and other constructions with a span up to 12 meters.

Designing
The designing process starts with a consultation with the client, builder, and architect. The required information like floor plan, location and other is provided and then the information is sent to the designer. Using a specific software called Pamir the designer creates an individual project with drawings and price estimate and sends it to a client for confirmation.
Material procurement
Material quality is a very important factor in timber truss manufacture so we use best C24 strength factor spruce tree available.
Material preperation
Timber is chosen according to size and grade specified on the cutting bills. Each piece of the timber truss is then cut to the required length and angles using cutting machines specifically designed for the roof truss industry.
Timber truss assembling
Timber Trusses are positioned on a special steel floor to form a specific template. After that, our professional position Mitek nail plats and using specialized hydraulic press is used to press the nail plates into the timber.
Product transportation
Timber trusses are compiled into packs and using our indoor crane placed on the delivery truck. After that, the truck transports trusses to the client. We have very high standards for each project so after we deliver our trusses we maintain a close relationship with the client and follow the construction process so our trusses are installed perfectly.
